Sound Therapy
Takes you beyond
Coherence of the heartbeat is the key to health and harmony. When your breath stabilises, your heart finds perfect resonance.
From this place of rhythmic harmony, you begin to expand and transcend. Drift into the waves of sound to release daily worries and tap into the infinite possibilities of your own imagination. Within this space, you can rewire limiting habits and see opportunity instead of threat.
Vinyasa Yoga Flow
Led by Nikki of Nourish & Nurture Co. Vinyasa is a continuous, intentional movement practice to open up the physical body, enhance flexibility, and clear mental clutter. This flow perfectly prepares your system for deeper somatic work.
Guided Breathwork
Harness the innate power of your nervous system for deep self-healing. Using conscious breathing techniques, Andrew of Kosmic Breathwork safely guides you to release old thought patterns, stress, and belief systems that no longer serve you.
Live instrumental sound journey
Bathe in the blissful acoustic vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, medicine drum, and the Native American flute. Sounds woven by Georgina of Kalamai Healing. You will drop into deep relaxation, quiet the mind, and experience a transformative inner journey.

Meet Your Guides
YOGA | Nikki, founder of Nourish & Nurture Co.
Nikki is a yoga teacher, facilitator and the founder of Nourish & Nurture Co., where movement becomes more than exercise - it’s reconnecting with yourself.
Drawing from her backgrounds in yoga, mindfulness and bodybuilding, Nikki’s classes blend strength with softness, creating an environment where students are invited to move with curiosity rather than perfection. Her teaching is known for its playful sequencing, immersive music and the feeling it leaves long after class has finished.
Rather than focusing solely on alignment, Nikki believes yoga is about cultivating presence, resilience and trust in your own mind & body. Her intention is simple: to create a space where people feel safe enough to breathe deeper, move freely and reconnect with themselves.
Whether guiding an energising vinyasa flow or a grounding restorative practice, Nikki’s classes are an invitation to let go of expectation, embrace play and remember that yoga isn’t about perfection, it’s about presence
BREATHWORK | Andrew of Kosmic Breathwork
For nearly two decades, I lived the rhythm of a tradesman’s life, moving from paycheck to paycheck while saving for the next adventure. I carried an untethered naivety seeming free on the surface, yet quietly lost underneath it all.
I’ve always been a traveller at heart. Wandering the world expanded my perspective and offered me experiences that were unforgettable, profound, and at times deeply challenging. Each journey cracked me open a little more, awakening a spark I couldn’t yet name.
Beneath all the movement and adventure, I was searching for meaning, for purpose, for peace within myself.
When I returned home, I was inspired, but unsettled.
That’s when my breathwork journey began through Wim Hof. Through breath and mindset, I discovered tangible proof that resilience can be trained, and that what feels impossible is often closer than we think. I learned that healing doesn’t begin in the mind, it begins in the breath.
Years later, a deeply transformational breathwork journey re-aligned me with a truth I had first touched while travelling, but never fully embodied:
A call to help and support others.
That calling became Kosmic Breathwork.
SOUND THERAPY | Georgina of Kalamai Healing
For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by what it means to truly be human.
That curiosity has led me down many paths—from years immersed in meditation, yoga and Vedic philosophy to studying Reiki, sound healing, mindfulness and embodied therapeutic approaches. Along the way, one truth has continued to reveal itself: healing doesn't come from becoming someone new. It comes from creating the space to return to who we've always been.
As the founder of Kalamai Healing, my work is centred on creating experiences that help people slow down, soften and reconnect with themselves. Through immersive sound, meditation and mindful presence, I aim to offer a space where the mind can settle, the body can rest, and something deeper has the opportunity to emerge.
For me, sound isn't simply something we hear—it's something we feel. It has the ability to quiet the noise, invite stillness and remind us that beneath all the striving, there is already a place of wholeness waiting to be remembered.

FAQs
-
Your water bottle, a yoga mat (some mats provided), a warm blanket for the breathwork and sound healing and a cushion or two (one for under you knees if you need extra lower back support) and eye covers if you have one
-
No! This is a beginner friendly workshop. You don’t need to have it all worked out to receive the benefits of the experience. Although, if you have any concerns or need extra support, please let us know ahead of the event and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
-
Wear something comfortable, and flexible. The yoga asanas will include poses such as downward dog, so leggings are ideal for modesty and comfort. Layers are also a great idea as it is winter, although vinyasa can really get the heat moving in your body. Whilst the stillness of sound healing might get you feeling cool, so bring something warm and comfy to throw on.
